I haven't really looked, but are there nice mobile implementation of the game? There's no way a mobile user would be able to be as efficient at rotating and dropping tetronimos as the button pusher?!

Real tactile controls > Touchscreen
It’s like three actions. Tap to rotate. Swipe left or right to move. Swipe down to drop.
You’d be surprised how efficient people can be.
Button mashing Maxi’s just don’t appreciate Mobility/variable controller mechanics.
