So this is like a private/public key pair like a yubikey with Encrypted backups in the cloud. But with yubikey, they recommended a redundant key paired with the account for safety, if the bitkey is damaged or lost, it will be a pain to recover the backup. The main problem is storing the key in the cloud. Anything can be hacked and if you lost your bitkey and got hacked there is no recourse.
