The only thing annoying about running a node is the last time I checked: @start9 is only accessible through tor and tor and orbot on iOS are a pain in the ass. Also annoying for say entering an onion address into the Bitwarden password manager. And @umbrel can be connected to because of Tailscale but you have to trust google with your vpn and also things like vaultwarden won’t work on Umbrel because it can’t/wont run as https Maybe these problems have been fixed but my “servers” haven’t served much of anything in months. But also I’m an idiot normie and not some super strath network hacker.
