Do you lay the same blame at the USPS for delivering the drugs? Or the ISP for allowing the traffic to pass through? For you to think that Ross was single handedly responsible for the drug trade or introducing drugs to an area for the first time shows how retarded you actually are.

Setting up a drug marketplace and escrow service to be a willing middleman of the clearly illicit transaction is not the same as the internet or mail. The entire purpose of the Silk Road was to sell illegal drugs.
