People fuck it all up because everyones uneducated in constitutional law. The government has by design demoralized all of you including me. Here's the proof you refuse to go outside & rally others. You know nothing of the procedures of ballot second proof. The research of systematically demoralizing a population has been in circulation for over thousands of years. It was only about 200 years ago did we decide to modernize the tactics & extensive research was done throughout the 1940s-1990 by experimentation & field tests.
Now since 2000 we have been rolling out all the demoralizing tactics they've learned from the research demoralizing the populace into consumerism & thinking the most you can ever mount up to in life is to write a note online about your problems. That's exactly what they want you tired, lazy, weak in the knees, & hurting in your feet why? Because if you can stand you can protest

The constitution is a piece of paper that isn’t legally binding because no one alive today signed it. It’s all smoke and mirrors. The only law that exists is power. Men with power instruct other men with guns to enforce their opinions on others. The constitution has been violated over and over again with no consequences. The courts are not administering justice because judges are literally paid by the same violators of the constitution. There is no real justice.
You are correct to a degree. I think we need to invoke it once & see what happens. In over 200 years since the founding of America as far as history recalls it was never invoked until 2018 with the legalization of cannabis in colorado.
Then again no proof was ever shown to show 60% of the states population got out of their house & went to the congressmens office in protest so it could all be smoke & mirrors. I think any state should try the procedure of ballots & use the right to bring an AI law into court to be removed.
