The Sun is a Free Nutrient Machine 🌞💪🔋
The notion that the Sun is out to kill us and we need to "protect ourselves" from it is absolutely insane, and one of the biggest lies ever concocted in the history of our inverted healthcare system.
If sunlight (AKA the thing that literally brings vitality to all life on Earth) is BURNING you, it means you have a serious underlying problem somewhere else, usually in your diet. SEED OILS are the biggest culprit (which are in basically all processed foods). Cut those out immediately, and to really strengthen your skin to the max after that, eat tons of (ideally only) fatty red meat.
After making just those 2 diet changes, I promise you, your skin will LOVE the Sun more than ever before. (I made these exact changes myself—cutting seed oils cold turkey and going carnivore—back in 2022, and I went from burning constantly, to practically never burning again)
And regarding the concept that your food intake requirements go down when you're getting lots of Sun, I can 100% vouch for this. On days that I sunbathe for a few hours plus, it is very noticable that I am less hungry during my usual meal times.
This is a clear signal that your body is absorbing nutrients from 🌞🌞🌞, and therefore requires LESS from food later.
And of course I have to add: the less clothes you're wearing to cover yourself during your nutrient-injection sessions, the healthier they will be for you. Naked sunbathing is ELITE - just make sure you work your way into it slowly and safely.
