In Germany. Had to look up what marbling means. I guess that’s why @k00b mentioned it must be grain-finished in

Fuck grain finish, it messes up the nutrition properties of a grass fed steak. European steak is healthier because the cows aren't sickened in grain feed lots. It needs to be cooked differently, people that say it sucks is because they cook it like a grain-fed steak but it has to be cooked differently.
