I always suffered analysis paralysis, where I've just been unable to start something because I need it to be perfect out of the gate, and had to force ourselves to remember that "perfect" is the enemy of "good enough"... ...but now I feel like we're in an era of normalized "meh, send it/ship it", and it's causing quality to go downhill...and with that, also comes a lack of originality, attention to detail, and care about being (or making something) excellent, not just average.
