I always suffered analysis paralysis, where I've just been unable to start something because I need it to be perfect out of the gate, and had to force ourselves to remember that "perfect" is the enemy of "good enough"...
...but now I feel like we're in an era of normalized "meh, send it/ship it", and it's causing quality to go downhill...and with that, also comes a lack of originality, attention to detail, and care about being (or making something) excellent, not just average.

I was thinking about replying with a snarky comment about perfectionism, since that is the type of BS reply I've received when pointing out some defeciency.
Our culture has degraded enough that accepting bad quality has become the norm, and anyone that doesn't like it is open to ridicule.
It's refreshing to see someone still hold a high bar.
