Theres no op_code you can add to the chain that helps people who cannot afford to access the chain, it's an intractable problem. Rootstock isn't trustless, it's swap to a a merge mined chain, so you're trusting the swap and then a chain other than Bitcoin. You could argue that's just a shitcoin rather than trusted/custodial.
