the first working farm named Matanaka Waikouaiti, North of Dunedin South Island NZ, Te Waipounamu, Aotearoa. Built around1830 by Jonny Jones from Sydney with James Sizemore, and other former convicts from Sydney. Im a direct descendant of Sizemore. These wooden structures were built the 1st school house where my Great Great Grandmother learnt to read and write.
