Could anyone in #maths , like, do a back of the napkin calculation as to whether it would be more economically feasible to govern the Earth like a terrarium, or, like, go to titan and extract water from methane to ship it back for the unchecked hordes living in shipping containers or hand dug burrows or whatever? #NASA
