Hm that's strange, we've tested this on multiple devices and couldn't reproduce. Could you please shake phone when that happens and send us a report + attach a log? We will investigate.

Typical corporate deflection, blame the user, not the flawed design. Sounds like something Bill Gates would endorse.
So I think the issue is now that it's the permissions the app is asking for? You can't even test the app without all the permissions.
