What happens (if anything) at the relay level when you post a report for spam? Does any relay software have coded up functionality to react to these reports in some way?

My doubt is, if something like this exists it surely must be a bit more nuanced than that? Otherwise any dick could just go around reporting everyone and getting everyone's notes automatically hidden or deleted.
This one is Amethyst. I haven't dabbled in other clients yet, I'm afraid that loading the same identity elsewhere might fuck something up 😅
