One must be rather simple-minded to conclude that modern ‘democracy’ is an improvement on the times of Athens or even a perfect form of government for the present day.
Most people do not know the difference between democracy and anarchy, let alone the true meaning of either term.
With such contemporaries, it is impossible to bring about any change in the existing system.
