It certainly can be. But for example, the sexual abuse of a child isn't morally subjective. Some things are objectively immoral given the society we choose to create and live in.
Ultimately, there's the metaphysical level where—at the highest level—"nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so," sure. But on the human, practical level, some lines simply aren't up for debate. Do you think this is one of them?
