Vultr didn't allow me to open email ports until I they kyc-d me. Wouldn't recommend. You better go with someone else or better yet - try to host it on your own hardaware

The infra is purchased by the GrapheneOS Foundation who are all publicly known directors on a government register, so there isn't much harm there for us.
