So lets get this straight. My wife hates me because I said that if government agents came to kill her chickens that I would stop them. I would do what ever it took to stop them from culling her chickens... She said, "But you can't stop them.". I ask, "Why not?". "because they have guns.".
Wow that has escalated real quick! You are coming to my home to assault my wife's chickens I stand in our way and it escalates to big guns.
She said I can't be with a man that things this way..... Ummm what? I am just a man doing what ever it takes to prevent tyrants from destroying my livelihood and I am the bad guy? They are honestly going to shoot me for stopping them from killing her birds?
What kind of man would I be to just let some thug come and kill my wife's chickens? What are your thoughts? Would you just stand there and let some prick come and waste your livelihood?

I understand where you are coming from brother! I had the same response during Covid and pushed back hard. If we don’t push back they keep taking. I have heard arguments it’s not worth dying over trivial things, but there’s a line. The other side is it’s not worth living under the thumb of tyrants.
I think we need more people like you to stand up to this insane government over reach. I think that is one of the main problems with this country too many weak sheep that just say "it's not a big deal" as they take more and more of our rights and freedoms away. Good on you I say. I hope it never comes to that.
Think of the government as the eye of Sauron, it has no true authority over us, but once it notices us and demands something of us, to defy it is to effectively end our current lives as they are.
You're wife just wants a life where the government mostly leaves you alone, which would be to kiss the ring and go on with your lives. If you fight, your life will change drastically and be full of stress and your wife would rather kiss the ring and lose the chickens. The stress isn't worth the chickens, value your life more than you want chickens.
Seems pretty split right down the sexes. Women just submit to tyrants and men stand in the gap for their loved ones.
Historically Islamic hordes were the tyrants. Every decade or so they would pour over the mountains and rape and pillage all in their wake. The Christians really didn't know what to do and still turn the other cheek. So they came up with a principle. "EVERY MAN DIE IN HIS DOOR.", and tax them. If every man took out 2 or 3 in a defensive position they would eventually weaken the hordes and they would have to go home a little more discouraged.
It eventually became not worth their time to go to the christian lands and pillage easy targets and instead stay home and take care of their own.
It seems that we have forgotten this lesson. We've lost our culture and women it seems are responsible for over bearing government. It is the women that stay the hand of the men. Untill the tyrant is knocking at your door because you don't have a meter on your well or you have unregistered chickens.
It seems to me that a tyrant never ceases to want power and the only thing in his way is a man with a shot gun saying no!
So we need to figure out what we want as a society. An over bearing lord demanding a libation? Or freedom. If we want freedom we need to let our men bleed in it's cause.
If at every door the Lords met a blood bath, they would rapidly loose their apatite for pillage.
I find it odd that women fantasize about the knight in shining armor but wish for a groveling cuck.
