After getting back into the habit of drinking coffee daily, I’m trying to quit cold turkey today. I’ve never done it this way before because the headaches were brutal, but I want to give it a shot. Maybe I’ve changed.

This helped before too. I've done this fast once and also made this again before to try and cut down on the caffeine addiction but it always comes back. Setting a timer to drink some every 10-15 minutes sounds crazy but it really helps as a reminder and you feel better all over. I used 8 normal green tea bags and lemon/line juice in the bottles. Also just noticed thissaid Distilled Water. I just got a jug of spring water so you have the jug to put this back into after it's made. image
