Yeah, I really think this requires torrents. Decentralized video hosting. There is a way to make it work. People could pay to host their videos. People who run torrent seed boxes could get paid, ensuring there were sources available, all it would take is a vps, maybe even an app for Umbrel & start9. Video hosting is a huge problem, and it could be solved with torrents & lightning I'm sure. I used to run a seed box for years when I was on private torrent trackers. I would again in an instant if there was the possibility of earning sats.
