@Sebastix amethyst has nip-84 highlights built in, long press the text inside a long form note. for the web bookmarks side highlighter.com runs as a pwa on graphene.

what about highlighting a webpage?
The workflow I'm looking for how to share a selected text from a browser as a highlight (through a nostr app) Amethyst does not show up there in the sharing modal there
