The issue with list loading will be resolved with the upcoming stable swarmstr release. Answering your question, it might not necessarily be better than the original faq but way easier to maintain since all the questions and answers are from actual nostr users (sourced from #asknostr). What I'm aiming at is to make swarmstr client version faq as good as the uselesshit one eventually.
