We have a two and a half year old daughter, and try to do the same. We always invite our parents to live with us, even if sometimes you have to give up a little but of privacy. During the winter season we go to Thailand, and there it's abit more difficult for family to come, but we've managed to lure them in last year and will again this year. Imo it's deffinetly worth it, and we notice how our daughter loves being surrounded by more people.
