Agreed. Nostr is the "final" place. But stuff in the Fediverse tends to be better developed and have far more users. Nostr's still a pretty "rough" UX, especially for anything that's outside of basic Kind 1 microblogging. It'll get better but for now IMHO if I'm recommending decentralized tech for Normies it's probably going to be something closer to fediverse.

Nostr > Fediverse. True decentralization. Bitcoin fixes this.
