Doing a lot of recruitment these days and have made some reflections - one is: New grads getting into programming these days need to take care not to let language models ruin their experience learning. We are not yet there that we can autonomously build and run *quality* software purely by prompting, so everyone building software currently do need to understand and learn the basics. Too easy to auto-complete our way from understanding at the moment. #grownostr #ai
