It's an awful situation that I 100% pin on Germany's decisions these past 25-30 years, starting with Gerhard Schöder who shamelessly even went on to be a literal employee on Putin's payroll after losing to Merke. Who, let's not get confused here, is another pro-Putin anti-European activist who only doubled down on Schröder's policies. Remember though that China and Russia are frenemies and that in Winnie the Pooh's wettest wildest dreams the CCP takes over Kamchatka and half of Siberia.
