I’m loving @hal, but it’s not fully proficient on Nostr nips or their implementations quite yet.

You are mistaken again. NIP-46 does NOT specify an account creation flow. Nsec.app accomplishes this off-spec. Thank you for checking on the OP question though. PLEASE let me know if any others apps or services matching this criteria show up on the Nostr space.
