Maybe try to go outside with some tea for sleeping and ground for 10-15 mins in silence 🤷♂️
That would make my mom happy, she is very into grounding/earthing…
It helps me a bit 🤷♂️. I am in a hot tub now. I’ll rinse off outside for a cold plunge, then stand barefoot in grass for 10 mins before bed and I sleep well
Also a bowl of kush helps me too 😂🤔🫂
Seems like there’s been experiments affirming its validity. At least I’ve seen a few. Strange to find it to be real for some reason 😅 Ty for the suggestion :) I was just outside by the fire pit with my feet on the ground, maybe I’ll experience better sleep tonight. I’ve been avoiding it though because I’ve been reading a book 🙃

@9sirtom5 swears on CBD oil. I don't like it, the effect on me is none and taste is awful, but he's taking drops or capsules for a year or so and I think it helped him instantly. I think his brother takes it too, maybe it works on guys differently.

Yeah. For me it works very well, if I can't sleep because mind is racing.
But It doesn't work instantly 100%, usually it's much more potent after few days.
