I'm proud to say I never personally had a Facebook or Twitter account. Bitcoin and Jack Dorsey lead me to Nostr. I encouraged @BitBees to get on Nostr to learn about Bitcoin. She loved it and helped me get on Nostr roughly 6 months later. For me it is still about Bitcoin. All the other stuff is noise.
