Itβs cool to see Ross getting zapped so much π₯ Itβs also wild to see anyone getting zapped that much on a npub.cash Lightning address. Hope that cashu mint has some good liquidity π

Ah, looks like heβs changed it to his primal address now. It was over 1M sats on the npub.cash address prior to that π
Mine says he cucked out to primal wallet.
(I have used it too but thought Ross would have avoided it)
More reliable and less likely to be rugged by a random cashu mint π€·ββοΈ
Yes on reliability but debateable on the ruggability. Mint dependent for sure. But that's the whole point.
Realibility is a form of convenience, which is usually in direct conflict with security and sovereignty.
Any custodian is ruggable, but the fact that Primal uses Strike as its wallet provider/custodian gives me MUCH more confidence that itβs less likely to be rugged than some random cashu mint. Possible? Yes. Likely? No, as Strike would have to be willing to nuke its reputation to do so.
I was thinking the same thing! It's actually a testament to them that they have handled the volume so far!
Strike need only comply with government order to do so, reputation be damned. Something I attribute less likely to happen to a smaller mint. Smaller mint is smaller liquidity but same reputation risk.
