My chair broke. I looked up how much good chairs cost and ... omg I am in the wrong business! I see $1-2k chairs and people buy them. Makes sense, it's what you spend a lot of time on if you sit at your desk.
maybe it's time to stand again...

I don't know the prices in your country. But in Europe you can find good ergonomic chairs for under €600
The answer is no but this is a golden opportunity. Design once, manufacture unlimited times.

I've got a Steelcase Leap that was very pricey but damn it's so comfortable and worth every penny.
I had some bad office chairs that fucked my back and tailbone. I learned the hard way you don't cheap on a chair.

Buy a kneeling chair and your back pain will disappear. You actually need to stand and stretch your legs every couple of hours, but that’s what you should do anyway.

Good office chairs are very expensive. I’m not say they’re not worth it, just wow, pricey.

I have been standing for this week. It's been an adjustment. A small tweak I have thought to make is to get a stool of some kind. My standing desk is a hand crack one, so it takes a few minutes to change elevation.
I got the Atlas headrest for my Embody, it's nice, but it can't hold any weight due to its' design.
Gym ball costs $20 and is good for your back and core muscles. There are also fabric covered versions.
