I met an actual Guru once at a party, was just chatting, and he suddebly did some weird Chakra shit out of nowhere. Felt all aligned and focused afterward, still do, was very odd. I used to think all that was mostly nonsense, but there is certainly something to it. Whole experience lasted less than a few minutes.
