Good refresher that a 24 in a vein is worth more than a 20 in the sharps.
Never encountered sub-q fluid bolus nor ABX, Zofran, or Midazolam (I prefer IN over IM anyway) for that matter.
Distal femur is not a location I've used for infants with the Eazy IO. Nor have I heard of distal tibia.
