@verita84 you need a onboarding process - not flat touchpoint. Something where the person goes through a few steps to "set up their client" - shit like how windows does it. Wisp does it too - "getting things ready" basically. First onboarding process like choose themes, customisations etc. then login then account setttings/setup.
