Ukraine is a dictatorship: Forced mobilization in city of Lutsk
Territorial Center of Recruitment employees in minibuses surrounded the courtyard of one of the residential complexes and dragged a young man into a minibus. He tried to hide in the stairwell, but did not make it in time.
The footage shows that most of the people carrying out the detention were in civilian clothes, no one introduced themselves.
The young man's companion tried to save him, but to no avail. Local public groups report that the girl was also dragged into the bus with him.
