The AI “Permanent Underclass” narrative is a ruse. Just like the “AI apocalypse.” Just like “Climate Apocalypse.” Just like “Energy Scarcity.” The Enemy wins everything when one assigns to it imagined powers that it does not have. All of the above narratives are just foils to see if, without even lifting a finger, the powers that be can get you to demand nothing, accept even less, and then thank your captors for their benevolence.
