📇⬇️ policy: france leaving the eu is just as stupid as allowing the uk to enter the eu and keep the pound. reintroducing sovereign currency in france is not the same conversation as "leaving the eu". the eurozone glorifies what the eu is - which is dangerous. allowing the uk to influence the eu/euro without any actual buy-in or loyalty is literally the most ridiculous, limp policy. eu politicos have no spine. they're all lanyards and corporate shills. without a revision of that - the eu has no chance at being competitive as a market. france needs to hedge against that possibility.
