Sure. @OVO would do the trick. Then just connect it to Primal via NWC. But when it comes to Primal's built-in wallet, provided by Strike, the need for KYC isn't going to change unless they remove the ability to buy sats with fiat from the wallet and they switch wallet providers away from Strike. I don't see them being inclined to do either.
