So immersion cooling dumps heat via heat exchanger to a continuous loop through the hot water tank? What stops it boiling?

Obviously some kind of thermostat or redirect valve, ☺️.
Either the heat gets redirected, or the Hashrate goes down.
I’ve got too many things to build, but damn would I love to help innovate this market.
