A huge percentage of the world has no idea about Bitcoin, and when mainstream adoption finally kicks in, the pressure on Bitcoin Core will be immense. And let's be real, we haven't seen anything yet in terms of the demands that'll be placed on the network. The recent discussions on Core's decisions on upgrades, remind me that they will be making some unbelievably difficult decisions on current and future proposals. There will be bad actors and huge amounts of financial and political pressure, so let's hope that Core can maintain it's principles.
