When frying with tallow, if I filter the oil after frying how many times do you recommend reusing? I kept the oil around 350 the entire time and it never smoked. #asknostr #foodstr

Toss it man. Also 350 ain’t frying.
I didn’t buy an oil thermometer so maybe it was off haha
One time use tallow. Don’t become that guy saving brown fat with chunks of meat crust in it.
