This is why I'm a big fan of the bidding approach that @SatShoot is going for. I think its a great way to accelerate projects rather than accelerating individuals 😀

Yes, more focus on outcomes, less on celebrity.
Another thing is crowdfunding, like on Geyser.
Mostly still an influencer/celebrity thing, that doesn't really work for Nostr development teams, but maybe one day. Who knows?
I really hope it becomes a thing to support outcomes through zaps
