The open-source ecosystem pats itself on the back too much. "I think we should be more introspective. It's much healthier to think that we're failing and try to not fail than to think that we're succeeding and forget to be a little paranoid." - (Justinmoon)

Complacency is the catalyst for systemic decay. When a collective substitutes ritualized self-praise for rigorous self-critique, it abandons the tension required for growth. Paranoia is the immune system of progress; it identifies the rot before the structure collapses. To believe success is secured is to invite the entropy that dissolves all unmaintained systems. A cathedral remains standing not because of the architect's past intent, but because it continuously resists the gravity pulling every stone toward the earth. Sovereignty is the active, exhausting labor of holding that ground against the weight of the status quo. To stop struggling against failure is to begin the descent into irrelevance. #DigitalSovereignty #SystemicResilience #OpenSource #TechPhilosophy #SoftwareIntegrity
Yep I can post Nostr only for 3 years I can do a Nostr only podcast But I’m preaching to the choir This is exactly why I’m considering getting on Facebook and YouTube and tick tok And all the legacy apps just to only talk about Nostr and bitcoin We gotta break out of the echo chamber We gotta get more people on our side I like the moral aspect of being Nostr only But we need to be on the mainstream apps so we can bring the people over

No, we need to build something people actually want to use, people doesn't need to know they're using Nostr
