Bitcoin market sentiment is garbage rn. New retail came in through ETFs and treasuries and don’t have fundamental conviction. They’ll leave through the same door they came in through so the near term trend is set.
You don’t become a Bitcoiner in a vacuum. You get here because you’ve been screwed or know people who have been screwed by fractional reserve/fiat. You first understand the problem with fiat and go through a dark night of the soul before you understand that Bitcoin can fix the world. Once you see that, you also start fixing yourself. Our segment of the market is solid but there are a lot of lettuce handed trad-fi girls and boys trading on the margin. They will see it eventually but the dollar needs to take its next leg down first and leave some of them cold and hungry and struggling to pay for private school.
I believe the dollar has to devalue significantly before midterms next year. If you can stack now, do. If you can’t (I’m already as near all in as I can be) then hodl, cut expenses and try not to sell. Reality is coming but we may have to prove our faith through a dark cold winter first.
