I really like Coracle, I think it's the best for groups, although it still has some bugs and lacks some features. I can't understand Flotilla, I've never found any groups there, so I don't use it.

Yeah, it is intended for group organizers who are going to do the adoption wotk, so it's not goong to be very useful for regular nostr users
