In the Odessa region, a man was sentenced to 3 years in prison for refusing to accept a draft notice, according to the court decisions registry.
According to the court, he passed a medical examination and was found fit for service in military support units, technical and combat units, training centers, medical units, logistics units, communications units, operational support units, and security units.
However, the man refused to accept the draft notice and mobilization order, stating that he "did not want to kill people."
