I cannot describe in words how much I despise the word "legal". And yes, I feel the same contempt when SimpleX (or any other FOSS) talks about "legality" bullshit. "Legal" = buying/selling goods and services for which the state will not come after you (*for now*). But most people don't understand this, and they also don't understand that there are no rules or legality, only the fact that the state, thanks to the trust in the fiat system on the part of the NPCs around you, has unlimited resources = they can start hunting you down at any moment. Even just for fun. Why not, if the NCPs around you perceive it as legal?
