Over here they recently swapped the prices around. Now it's cheaper during the day due to the overloaded network. Courtesy of trying to get everyone to install solar panels everywhere only to figure out that the network can't handle it. The low/high rate is not a huge difference though. Like 2c difference. I just hate the way this plays out.
