very different. this is a developer tool primarily. if i'm running something on my computer and i want to expose it on the internet publicly (very commonly needed when developing stuff) this tool can easily do it.

Right, but I can expose things to the internet over tor too (like start9 does). Just wondering about speed

This is for developers. Not for permanent deployments and stuff. Not replacement for start9 at all.
