Technically, no. But functionality is sort of there but not many clients have it enabled. Maybe soon ™️

You can "request deletion" in some clients, but depending on what relays your note has propagated to in the network, some may not comply with the request, and some may not even receive the request. As a general rule,anything you post on the internet should be considered to be permanently available somewhere. Nostr is just more honest about it.
