How do you not pay taxes?

I just don't report small stuff like that. especially if it's with bitcoin. I don't even report with fiat. Cut my hair no report, fix car no report, grab lunch no report.

Blockchain is transparent. Same way we could scrutinize the government's spending of bitcoin they own, they can do the same.

own your own keys. don't KYC. done. you think the gov has the apparatus to track the lunch spending of the entire population? I pay with fiat, with fiat rails, bank to bank, when I go to a mechanic to fix the car, I don't report it, neither does he. you think the IRS comes at my door? you ppl live in fear.
